2.general consruction features
it is a mixer with double shafts ,each one provided with mixing paddles,and with free discharging ,with drop syeterm.
sealed reduction gearbox running in oil bath with power tight protection rings also for the fine powders.
all supports of the mixing shafts are on swinging rolling bearings .
the pulley that drives machine is provided of rims for v-belts.pneumatic clutch is applied .
the resistant structure of machinery is independent from the mixing hopper.the mixing hopper can be replaced.
protection liners are on the hoppers.
the paddles are revolving and they are made of silicon steel,resistant to the wear.
