Clay brick tunnel kilns for 20-120 million pieces of bricks a year, such as facing bricks, pavers, hollow and thermal blocks. The applicable materials can be clay, shale clay, fly ash, coal gangue. And the fuel for brick firing can be oil, gas, coal and coal gangue itself.

The features of tunnel kiln as following:

Operating temperature up to 1000 to 1280. Fast firing and according to various types and shapes of work pieces. And the width of kiln can be 2. 5m to 9. 23m.

Fully automatic temperature control provides economic fuel consumption. The fuel consumption automatically adjusts as the temperature is higher or lower during the firing to prevent the unnecessary waste of fuels.

Firing with unsealed type kilns, the changes during the firing can be observed by naked eye easily.

Lightweight heat insulation materials are used for the inside of the kiln to obtain high efficiency heat insulation and enhance the service life of the kiln.
